I received 3 refunds after contacting their owner on linked in but to be honest I dont think that made a difference. Someone on here posted 3 other emails to contact that were maybe government emails or something

Not sure it was a while ago now. This is the problem mate you have to go and read the thread thoroughly. 99% of these merchants are on here. Hopefully the person who posted is still reading and can help you
