You will get a response but it will be exactly the same one everyone else has received and it's legally and factually incorrect. In fact I can post up legal opinion on it.

Told you before mate - you need to submit a SAR request and ask for the MCC to be included.

Revolut classes payments as well so it should give you a big clue as to what MCC was used. It would say shopping, Services etc

I have had a transaction on my credit card (Donbet) appear on the statement as DOTABLITZ LTD and the description as Digital Goods - Games.

No he stated they are all credit cards!! And the BANK starling refused to do chargebacks.

Anyone have any idea what I can do with a chargeback with Revolut when the merchant is an apparent crypto site so I can do goods not received. They are down as just simple the letter E as their merchant name.

That would be great. Starling bank are just as bad to deal with.

You need to make contact with the merchant or at least show you have looked for them before you do anything.
