Does your bank not demand you contact them before raising a chargeback?

Irrelevant of if they make fake invoices, a standard practice for any online company is to send email confirmation to the customer ie email confirmation of account setup.. email confirmation of the purchase sent on the same date. You can request all email communications through a SAR via their data officer gdpr.. obviously they can't provide this as it never happened. which in turn strengthens your case.

They're addresses are the same as shown in my bank transactions 128 City Road

I have found another company who I think is the culprit, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank and when it's all done I will drop all information I have. That's why I think you may have found the wrong company. I have found another one, I am sorry I can't share all the details just yet, but I promise I will share it when I have finished my dispute. Jag vet inte mer, men jag har 2 betalningar från 2023. De kommer definitivt att återbetala dig via banken om du har löpande betalningar. Tyvärr har jag gamla och bankfordran är redan förfallen.
