I gave them a list of transactions from azurepayments / webop and queried if others have gone through them and they are asking if I have 'appropriate documents or evidence' and what my relationship with them is..

They are owned by Elegro I think it's their UK subsidiary.. been quite difficult in the replies but have agreed to 'investigate'
