Message the CEO and Heads at Bad Hombre on Linked In. I messaged one of them and of course they have also ignored me there. Won't be ignoring Mastercard though, they have actually emailed a response to me for once specifically about this site and the merchants. Revolut completely useless and FOS will deal with them.

In theory, the NDA is worthless if they've broken the law so I think the idea is that the only way the NDA holds up is if they can give you settlement money without it looking like settlement money.
