Jag tittade precis på räkningarna igen och de har alla olika namn, vilket är konstigt.

No but finally got a reply from them after weeks of hearing nothing, wasn't the usual reply either so i'm assuming someones breathing down their neck a bit, we should double down putting pressure on them by all reporting them to the relevant authorities and submitting a complaint to the link missdaisy posted

Hi Guys, this is revolut specific. I raised 1 chargeback for round 500 & on day 45 merchant was unresponsive hence refund was processed. I then raised 6 separate payments totalling like £550 and after 45 days merchant was unresponsive. Chased them up several times spoke to managers raised a complaint etc. But, they are now saying i have to wait until 12 weeks is up instead and gave me the date. anyone had a chargeback like this? and if the merchant was unresponsive through the entire 12 weeks did you then get the money back?? Its mastercard so I know normally 45 days but this is being the max timeframe, 12 weeks, no pre arb/ arbitration, and merchant has not responsed once. Anyone having, or had something similar??

yes goods/ service as i have not received anything from the company i paid

Did you tell them it was a digital goods transaction or gambling?

Ive sent a claim off today, forwaded GoldenBet the email proof so hopefully they know this isnt going away.

Zenit Marketing LTD, they have virtual office in infamous 85 Great Portland Street, London. I was trying to find anything or any kind of contact for them for few weeks. After not finding it, I decided to just do chargeback as not received services with my bank( VISA, debit). I had funds sent bank from merchants bank within few days.

It was the only merchant from all I have, that I could not contact, and it was only two small transactions, so I decided to try. Im sure lots of these merchants use misleading transaction names and dont provide their contact info online, so that we could not find them. Maybe you could send a registered letter to that address, requesting refund from business( you will not receive reply, but will have prove of communication, for your bank).

Jag tror att något är på gång. Vissa kasinon har slutat använda falska CC och har blockerat mitt konto.

Hej, har någon bestridit transaktioner genom Revolut med wbmsc? Med tanke på att de svarat mig otaliga gånger att de inte kunde hitta transaktionerna, accepterade Revolut min tvist och jag vet inte vad jag kan förvänta mig nu. Har du några råd? Direkt från dem eller via banken? De hjälpte mig inte, de sa att de inte kunde hitta transaktionerna.
