Searched everywhere it was there before because I found it before I know i did ,but there is no trace anywhere on any search engine I am using maybe they have changed name but to what ? I've seen 7 or 8 different NikoTPF merchants mentioned on this thread, makes me question whether they're made by the casinos or there's another presence behind them who's money laundering alongside the casinos

Hi everyone, back again with the same question. Anything I can do regarding "faster payments" to Falcora Finance?

The bank have said they need the company sort code and account number to open a dispute with them but Falcora are now not responding to my emails.


has anyone been successful or have any advice for these kind of transfers?

Då hör du ingenting de närmaste åren. Det enda som vissa återförsäljare är rädda för är återkravstiderna, men eftersom dessa nu har gått ut kan de sova gott. Det enda som återstår är att stämma. Men var medveten om preskriptionstiden, som kan vara 3 år.

6 years UK but I reckon pursuing them via the courts would be costly and limited chance of actually getting them to pay even if you win as many are offshore companies.

Faktiskt inte.

När jag tittar på betalningshandläggarna är de baserade i Storbritannien. Du kan sätta press på dem med en advokat och i slutändan vidta åtgärder mot casinot. I Tyskland var det länge inte klart om Curacaos kasinon skulle kunna stämmas, men nu går det framåt och de första domarna är gjorda.


Om du verkligen vill ha tillbaka dina pengar kommer du att stämma. Om du inte har uppnått något på egen hand på 6 månader, kommer du inte att uppnå något på egen hand under de kommande 6 månaderna heller.


Och återigen till frågan från @barborasp:


Du lämnar in en stämningsansökan i domstolen där du bor. Det spelar ingen roll var casinot är baserat. Stämningen lämnas in där spelaren hade tillgång till kasinot.
