Är det omöjligt att få tillbaka pengar från några casinon som hade Curacao licens när man spelade men som nu har fixat sig en Costa Rica licens. Antar det är kört?

Är det inte hugget som stucket? Curacao-casinon har inte heller licensgivare som bryr sig, så vare sig det är licens från dem eller Costa Rica så beror det helt på välvilligheten hos det specifika casinot.
Tänker du då att få tillbaka direkt från casinot? Licensen spejar ju ingen roll om du gör en kortreklamation.

when you raised the chargeback, what was the reason given to the bank?
if you went down the road of incorrect mcc code, escalate it as far as you need to and you will win.
if you disputed it saying items not received etc then still go ahead with it as they will have to prove they provided a non casino service if that makes sense. Dont worry it can be a bit of a waiting game but you will win hopefully by the end.

Thank you - they left it until day 28 to contest aswell I thought it was over and done with! The bank had it raised as good and services not received - just have to see what happens I suppose - I never even heard of pre arbitration 🤷♀️

It was goods and service not received - they waited until day 28 and then reversed it back - now my bank says that they can start pre arbitration- I’ve never even heard of this - suppose I’ll just have to see what happens

Hi guys, I have a question.
I have a bank account that is due to be closed in ten days. I won over £500 in disputes the other day in this account but they are not letting me transfer the funds until my account is closed? Can they do this?

Why are they closing the bank is it because you did chargebacks? I think they can do it it depends on circumstances! I'm sure if you go into the bank with id and explain you can take out your money that way.

Its basically the stage before mastercard steps in, but this will be really bad for the merchant so they will settle this in your favour before it gets to that as mastercard can look into things in more detail and prevent them from using any mastercard in the future.

Would that be the same for visa as well cause i was using a Visa card ? And do you know roughly how long the process takes ? I don’t understand why they didn’t just accept the first chargeback then if they knew the next stage could happen
