Hi everyone long term follower i dont comment as much but read every message still.Hope everyone is doing well. I have ways to trigger a chargeback investiagtion it is unethical, very very time cosuming but should work depending on card brand rules i have put hours into coming up with this resolution. I havent gone into too much detail really dont think this is a safe space at all to be sharing details and is why i have refrained from commenting such processes.

Im backing out for a bit myself will continue to read and try and help if I can my chargebacks only have a few weeks to go and im getting involved in a lot of other peoples stuff im not wanting to jeopardise my refunds in any way it might rile the banks if they know im doing this or anyone refers to me

I prefer the term unethical lol.These casinos believe they are doing nothing illegal just doing unethical practices in there eyes,im just playing there game. It really was the only way the amount of research i put in was the only way i saw fit im honest unless your bank process on technicalties which is 0.01 % chance. The casinos r just pr***s they wont refund and most of the merchants are involved

Hi All, just thought I'd share an update. I mentioned in my last post that I was rejected by the bank and accused of Fraudulent activity for chargebacks using code 4840. I think there might have been a change in the MCC codes as I'm in the process of now escalating my issue to a complaint with the bank and im doing some thorough research of my own to ensure I have my ducks in a row. I thought I'd share this link which gives a description of tbe charge code we are all talking about which differs from the one I used in my original claim which I picked up from the template someone else added to this feed a while back.

The code I'm going to ref is 4849 - see below link. I'm on a mission now, ive had enough. So many of us have been scammed and exploited by these cowboys and its not fair. We're all on gamstop for a reason because we have problems and their rigged games and lack of payouts and transparency has sent me on a witch hunt to take this lot down.


Hope this helps you all. Will keep positing my progress.

Does anyone know if it’s true gambling transactions via bank transfer/Open Banking cannot be blocked like gambling card transactions as that is what various banks have told me seemingly to absolve themselves of any duty of care? I feel very silly now having made the vast majority of deposits via the SEPA transfer mechanism (although my bank still would not uphold my chargeback requests for card transactions to these dodgy Curacao sites a while back anyway). Thanks in advance anyone who can clarify.

Nat**** - I'm in tbe process of raising a full complaint today to counteract all of this. If anything just given me more grounds now and a stronger counter argument against their duty of care to recognise my activity history previously. Have u raised a complaint with the bank?

Barclays is the best, they sorted me out, once all this crap is done i m closing my other accounts. Hsbc is useless. Doesent want to put it through as incorrect mcc, only as goods not received and they require "order confirmation ". Can t raise with natwest, tesco, m and s or lloyds due to being over 4 months so i contacted the merchants.

Faktum är att du inte blev lurad eller utnyttjad. Du gjorde betalningarna frivilligt och fick något tillbaka. Om du hade vunnit hade du betalat ut.


Att hantera betalningar med en falsk kod är inte ett brott, det är mer en gråzon, det finns ingen paragraf som förbjuder det. Om det fanns ett förbud skulle domstolarna vidta åtgärder mot det. Du är fri att vidta rättsliga åtgärder för att få en första dom.

Vissa leverantörer finns redan på en intern banksvartlista och betalningar blockeras av banken.

Koden 7995 blockeras av de flesta banker, eller så kan du ställa in spelblocket själv. Omkodning av betalningarna är avsedd att kringgå blockeringen. Banksystemen själva utgår från att allt är OK.

Man kan inte straffa banken för något den inte känner till. Ansvaret ligger på dig, inte banken. Du är vuxen, ingen behöver hålla dig i handen som ett litet barn.

Justitieombudsmannen gör ingen juridisk bedömning, han är inte jurist, han bestämmer utifrån fakta. Faktum är: banken har verkställt din lämnade betalningsorder, allt annat är en civilrättslig tvist.

I've just had a reply from vipzino saying they are refunding 330 deposits!!! Let's see what happens but this is a shock. I've emailed all the casinos and they have all just thrown their t&c at me but this one has said yes and is processing refunds
