Tricky one - I think most FOS cases are due to banks not raising them whereas they seem willing to raise under goods not received. Not sure I have seen many FOS cases where they were raised but then the merchant contested them, I am sure there will be some eventually.

They rejected the 1st one on the complaint I got the same reply today for the same one despite chasing about the 2nd complaint for the other 4 they missed so its a joke ! they are also now saying I had said someone under 18 had been using my card which is nonsense I never said that !

The thing that is amusing on mine is the fact they have randomly refunded the £15 one yet the others between £50/£100 have not been actioned yet, will see if it’s on cost or they are willing to lie on some but not others.

Chase ain’t great as I’ve stated before. Barclays were ok after the complaint and seeing I have a gambling addiction. The merchants seem hit and miss too on whether they refund directly or contest.
