Crazy isn't it. They must be wise. The bank have put mine through as incorrect MCC I am pretty sure of it. But they say they have gave me books so 🤷‍♂️

I tried with Revolut they rejected them in 30 mins so I raised two complaints as they only mentioned one transaction on the 1st one it is raised to FOS and the other no reply to the complaint been about 2 months and been chasing with no reply

So through chargeback rather than through elegro?

You will need to wait at least 45 days if the merchant refunds direct when chargeback is raised it happens quick I got £2000 next day after they were raised from one so they must be holding it out
