My chargeback with Tesco got rejected initially, after me giving them a hounding and explaining the illegal activity of the merchants they said "the only way we can process a chargeback for gambling funds is if you can prove the account is closed or funds did not reach the account", just bear in mind when processing a chargeback make sure you all get evidence of your account being closed ect.

How can my bank not make a chargeback but instead they say that they will contact the "stores" to ask them if i have received my "products", if the merchant dont reply then they will need more evidence to "start an investigation".
Worthless, i asked my bank also:
If they do not reply you, what will happens then?
My bank replied:
Then we will keep on investigating the problem.

its Not a guarantee I think it all depends on bank however proof of blatant money laundering and illegal activities helps!

Sorry for sounding harsh man, but basically they've not replied to me whatsoever and I don't know what to do. I kinda want them shut down for good now because they're circumventing too many loopholes in the system and shirking responsibility.
