Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Dom skrev likadant till mig förr, dom menar att dom fullt stödjer ifall du vill göra chargebacks, och dom kommer att godkänna dessa chargebacks förfrågningar direkt av banken så att det inte behöver ta flera månader innan du får tillbaka pengarna.


Skriv ett mail till dom och fråga om det är ok att du gör chargebacks på transaktionerna då du inte har ett konto hos dom eller använt deras tjänst, eftersom du behöver en bekräftelse att visa upp för din bank 🙂


Sedan bör det inte vara problem för banken att ta upp dessa transaktioner till chargeback, visa mailen till banken bara och säg att du blivit ombedd att göra chargeback.


Tog ungefär 2 veckor sedan hade jag alla pengar tillbaka från mobilumpay, dom är få av alla dessa bolag som faktiskt svarar på mail och tar saken seriöst, dom gör dock inte återbetalning själv utan man måste gå via banken.

Should I wait for my current chargebacks to be finalised before i start on others or shall I start another wave of chargebacks. Also when you say services not received what do I put down when they ask for a service I have paid for that I didn’t receive this online form is confusing me

Är det på Revolut? Skriv bara att du betalade för kryptovalutor men inte fick något och att du har kontaktat mobilumpay samt hänvisa svaren från mobilumpay där dom ber om att göra chargeback på transaktionerna

No mate it with NatWest if I can put this up here I dunno because I assume people don’t like putting which bank it is but I will try the crypto route and see what happens

Ah ok, jag har ingen erfarenhet av dom.


Men skulle iaf råda dig att säga att du köpte kryptovaluta från en sida som du inte minns, men att transaktionerna gått genom mobilumpay som hänvisar till chargeback.


Påpeka även att du aldrig fick kvitto eller orderbekräftelse av mobilumpay på dessa transaktioner ifall dom frågar efter det.


Men invänta först ett mail från mobilumpay där dom ber dig att kontakta banken för chargeback och att dom sedan hjälper till, det kommer underlätta allt och räcker som bevis.


Skriv bara "stöttar ni mig och hjälper mig ifall jag gör chargeback på dessa transaktioner genom banken?" Sen invänta svar.

Thank you very much for the info mate, I have emailed them back with what you said so hopefully have a response from them soon, you wouldn’t happen to have details for a company called seraphyx I can not find them anywhere online.

I will keep on mobilium daily for a email update. I think I found seraphyx they seem to be interior design company based in London with a polish director which is weird as the address on the transaction on my statement is addressed to a place in warzawa in Poland I think both FARAMP and SERAPHYX are under mobilium as both addresses on my statement are the same place

Brilliant news you have managed to get somewhere with the bank and get your funds back. I’m struggling with one bank they are not understanding and emailing the merchants everyday with no response or funds returned. It’s so frustrating but I won’t give up. It’s £1400 in total.


i had some success with another merchant/bank. After emailing the merchant everyday to my surprise after about 4/5 weeks. Suddenly it was refunded back to my account. Such a relief 1,200.

It looks like its a "virtual office" that everybody can pay for and rent, making it look like thats their physical adress when they are actually not owning the place themselves.

Why have they done some but not the rest that really wierd isn’t it. I went through my bank statements last night and there is a few more I wanna do chargebacks for but scared of what to do either services not received or be honest and say gambling again
