This Kinghills support are not even answering me ive sent 5 emails about my problem ive now emailed them copying in my bank gambling advisor and chargeback complaints team still nothing and account still open status

This Kinghills are real scum just put £160 of free bets in the account after writing to them

This is what they will all start doing - ignoring everything. Saying nothing for them is better than saying something which can be used at a later date.

They obv know they are at it ! that goes in my favour no response for any chargebacks if done as ive tried to work it out with the merchant

Just had a call off chase bank after a 4 week scam and fraud case and they have declined any refund as they didn't see any scam or fraudulent activity.

I have an open complaint aswell saying I did not want it to go down the scam fraud route at the end if the day it should be a simple chargeback for non reciept of goods or services.

Despite elegro asking me to get my bank to start the refund process they are still not complying.

I am giving it 1 last shot with chase to process chargebacks and for the outcome of my complaint and then I will have to take it to the FOS.

I thought it would be a long but simple non reciept of goods or services.

Bank will not help you. About 1% of banks have started a charge back. They are working together with this illigal fraud companies. Forget the bank.

You can either go through the casino site where you lost the money
