Yes. I just sended bank statement showing DP W transactions.

alright also got BP* on my transactions and they told me the Bank need more time for investigations also send them the statements

Ok. I checked my emails with kasha now and they first asked me for bank statement which i sent. Then i didnt hear anything from them, no reply, but this morning the money was in my bank account, around 1000 euros.

Gives me hope, been in contact with kasha for roughly a month regarding this and BP wallet is asking for additional info, latest KYC documents so hopefully i see my refund soon!

I was able to get a chargeback though my credit card, however had no luck with my debit card (Starling Bank). Have you had any success in raising chargebacks against debit transactions?

Have most people on this thread gone down the chargeback route? Has anyone actually had any success with a Casino refunding the wrongfully taken deposits. i.e from your credit card. UK users only.

Jokabet refunded some for me but other than that all chargeback route.

Yes albeit a painfully drawn out live chat/call with Chase they did do it for me though they are Mastercard and kept going on about gambling but after telling them it isn’t they finally initiated.

I am just waiting for barclaycard (credit card) to complete some hoping it all goes through but same again trying to explain that VISA allow it as it’s incorrect codes was a time consuming, hoping they credit straight away rather than the 15 days the person said it would on the phone

The bank did mine debit card out of about 35 so far only two lost with credit card and debit as they went through as a money transfer they cannot recover these still got about 50 plus pending debit card had the two failed ones

Great news, looking at the bank complaints that the ombudsman has overturned it’s because the bank refuses to process them. These companies are unlikely to challenge the chargeback as they would need to admit to acting illegally.

Interesting, who do you bank with if you don't mind me asking? Also, was it Visa or Mastercard?
