Would it make sense to challenge each inconsistency separately? For example, one point about the service description, another about the customer details and a third about the evidence of delivery, rather than sending a general accusation that the documents are fake.

Something has been bothering me about the whole Xpate situation. If a customer pays through a casino website but the transaction appears under a completely unrelated merchant name, who is actually responsible for explaining where the money went? Surely someone in the payment chain should be able to identify the real merchant.

That's a fair point. The problem is that players often only discover the actual merchant name after the payment has already been processed. And sometimes that name has absolutely nothing to do with the casino.

Have you personally come across unfamiliar merchant names on your bank statement after making a casino deposit? I'm curious whether anyone has actually managed to identify the companies behind those charges.

I think there's a difference between processing a payment and being responsible for the underlying purchase. But that still leaves an important question: what happens when the merchant named on the statement has no obvious connection to the website where the payment was made?
