I asked claude about this. Claude said FOS rarely do force the bank to refund but they often do have minimal compensation for it. Do u reckon it’s worth it?

I haven’t yet but a load of people have they don’t reply at all i don’t think.

For anyone who has taken their bank to the FOS please let me know if it actually got you anything back. I have 2 credit cards which I’ve submitted formal complaints against and got final responses. I also have both revolut and monzo in the same position, Final response but i’ve left it there.

ISX denied any liability and wouldn’t log a formal complaint as i’m not a customer. I’ve taken to FOS

They will say same to obdusmann that you are not isx customer and case closed

I would be careful doing this mate… Just cus some refund for some doesn’t mean they refund for all. I wouldn’t purposely gamble with the sole intention of refunding after withdrawing for quick cash. It’s pretty much as fraudulent as what the casinos are doing…
