please can you tell me exactly what you said to them? granted mine was barclaycard but i’d assume they would have the same disputes team

To get them to raise the disputes? It took me 8 hours to get them raised and then some didn’t get raised at the time.

i was just honest with them and pushed the miscoding bypassing my gambling blocks. It took a long time and it will depend on the advisor you’re speaking to

their app doesn’t let me speak to an agent using live chat. The disputes forms were so unbelievably long and i completed 33 of them for 62 transactions total, they denied my disputes and sent me letters saying they’re not covered. it’s literally a credit card so has an automatic gambling block. I have explained the mcc miscoding and sent them the proof that the website winbeast didn’t close my account when i asked 10+ times before any payment was make using my credit card. I’ve raised a formal complaint which i should hear back from soon. Idk why it would be so different. This is genuinely a huge sum of money. So glad i stopped but i really need this back

was this on the phone with them. the lady i spoke to was nice but she just wouldn’t get past the fact that they were gambling and practically cut me off when i was trying to explain further. Still got the words out but her mind was made up
