I did it under the category ‘terms of sale misrepresented’. I spoke to them on live chat and they submitted them all in one go for me because the app wouldn’t actually let me dispute anything. Then a couple of days ago I received letters for each dispute, so I had to email all the evidence over

just had and email from usupport to say they can’t see anything on their system for the payments to Rodcah, did you or has anyone else had this before they refunded. They are saying Rodcah isn’t them. Thanks
