Yes and i'm also waiting roughly 10 days for DSAR. It doesn't make any sense why they refund some people, and to the other people they say they can't find the transaction

Yeah I raised disputes for both but my bank declined and the merchant didn’t refund. Glad you had success though!

Are segpay and segopay the same. Segpay responded to me months ago and said they were a different company
