So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. info@novacasp.com this was the email I used as they went via them which is a crypto site, I sent them the screenshots which had the time and date etc and sent time and dates screenshots on casino

Can I clarify are you referring to Stafeng? I appreciate your help massively. Mine were through cosmobet shown up on statement as Stafeng .

Yes but transactions routed to novacasp as a payment processor and than they were stafeng on bank statement

I’m not sure if mine routed via novacasp. I paid via Monzo and didn’t see anything pop up via novacasp. 🥲 it just popped up saying Stafeng when I went to pay and on the transaction list
