Yes told them everything did not think it would progress they asked me to go to police station for a report not done it yet but not sure it will go anywhere as it states claims that take 35 days are more complex was wondering if anyone knew

HSBC are very difficult to get through to if your looking to get chargebacks from them but I have an email which you can lodge a complaint direct to - exec.complaintscrduk@hsbc.com

I raised it with them at 1st and told them I raised a fraud case at my bank they rejected doing anything about it but my bank has raised it to them by the looks of it

I told them what happened its a casino site operating illegally to uk problem gambling addicts and that I blew 3 loans on it they asked for evidence of the loans and transactions crypto were sent to and chats from telegram not mentioning the bank till I see what happens
