Nope, hit a dead end. To be fair I've hit a dead end with the ones I do know!! How is everyone getting refunded. They just say no case closed to me. I'm clearly missing something 🙈 would appreciate if anyone can help. I was honest with the bank. Went to ombudsman but they're not interested either 😭
