So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks Badger I spent hours trawling through and got most info it was VISA debit I used

I have got three quarters back directly from pixelpay solutions directly so I'm pretty happy with that as it was my highest merchant. I was £1000 in total across 4 but 2 was minimal amounts

They was only from last week to be honest its the first time I've used offshore gambling sites, I just said incorrect MCC codes which I checked through ringing my bank and third party payments etc and the site I used in question literally states in their T&Cs on depositing the company does not accept third party payments.

Mine were bank transfers as well, I included screenshots of token initiating transaction and a screenshot of one of the transactions from radompay also included screenshot of transaction history on the gambling platform

Hello!

12.03.2026: I sent an email.

12.03.2026: I received a reply requesting information about the disputed payment transactions.

16.03.2026: I received a response stating that they found payment and refunded it.

16.03.2026: I received a notification from my bank that the merchant has refunded the payment. The amount is expected to arrive in my account within 2–3 days.

But to be honest, I shared them on this forum 2 days ago, and I believe several people reached out to them, so it might take some time to get a response. I know that at least three people contacted them around the same days.

Have you received any updates from them?
