Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I checked with someone else in the UK for a casino, and they also can't deposit with them, so I think it's blocked?

In the same boat - did all of the above, but only started this process since last friday and last time I had contact with them was monday this week? Wish we get refunded but may not be quick from reading the forum, looks like some have been in similar positions with no luck at all

I’ve refused to provide it as it’s just a delay tactic hoping at some stage you give up. I challenged them on why they need all of this information and also went down the route of reporting to FCA. They need to be stopped
