Who's cardaq again they have replied but I don't remember which descriptor on bank it was

They said this to me in an email

Yes they've replied to be to do that submission form but I can't find the comment on here now of the payment descriptor used

I’ve refused to provide it as it’s just a delay tactic hoping at some stage you give up. I challenged them on why they need all of this information and also went down the route of reporting to FCA. They need to be stopped

still not refunded but tried to reach out to get refunds for these:

If you have been refunded for these would be nice to know how 🙂
