So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Not FCA registered whoever they are - apparently 60 odd businesses at the address.

Hi all. Have been following the thread for a long time and really appreciate the contributions. Below are some merchants that I'm still struggling with and just curious if anyone has got anywhere with them.


AIRBEXE - no contact info found

POLYTEO - no contact info found

DDYN - no contact info found

RASKE LTD - various contact info on the thread but no response

PAYVER - response but they just tell me to contact my bank

E (Located in Tallin, Estonia) - called MVPN2 on payment but E on bank statement

DDYN - no contact info found

HUPEIWE - thankfully bank was willing to chargeback this (though not payments to AIRBEXE, POLYTEO, Payver under identical situations)


There are then a number all located to 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, DN6 8DA

Blitz-strike - I managed to charge this back by stating that the online game Blitz-strike did not top up my game account (with screenshots). Hope this method can work for you too.


I have some reason to believe that these are connected to CFS Formations who are a real company addressed to this same location. However, they claim to not process payments on behalf of clients and also claim that these companies 'may be using our address without our permission or without having properly registered the companies with Company House'.

Jag hoppas att du får tillbaka dina pengar, jag är i samma situation. Jag meddelar dig om mitt ärende fortskrider i någon riktning (jag tvivlar på att det gör det).

Jag har mejlat Cryptonim i två dagar nu, utan resultat. De vägrar att återbetala pengar och vägrar ens att vara involverade i betalningskedjan. Jag har samlat in en hel del bevis. Till och med (videoinspelningar av betalningsstatusen) som styrker mitt påstående.

Jag skickade dem nyligen ett mejl där jag frågade om de var medvetna om att er tjänst används i en betalningskedja där kunden tror att de betalar casinot, men i själva verket görs ett kryptovalutaköp i deras namn via en tredje part.

De ignorerade bara frågan och svarade "enligt din begäran har detta vidarebefordrats till chefen, vänligen vänta 14 dagar".

I spent 2 months spamming vflow on everything, linkedin Instagram I found them all, they would just block me or tell me to ‘fuck off’ I had to go the chargeback route and they ended up refunding me that way

Nothing completely ignored me, I’m not sure if anyone has had any success with them, I did try chargebacking but Revolut stopped raising them as I’ve got too many refunds that way

I don’t think coinexus are these…. They’re probably dota2store as mentioned but they don’t reply, probably only route would be via bank or complaining to them or phoning or something

Ja, synd... Jag kan omöjligt ta reda på vem betalningsleverantören är. Jag har bra förutsättningar att mejla dem eftersom jag har blivit blockerad, men det är irriterande att jag helt enkelt inte vet vem banken som gjorde dessa betalningar är. Dota2stores webbutik svarar verkligen inte. Jag ser många som söker efter dessa handlare, det är frustrerande att ingen kommer någonvart med dem. Jag hoppades att du kanske hade lite information eftersom du också letade efter dem, haha, men tyvärr.
