Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Yes - he is talking complete rubbish - saying he’s been refunded by Kryptonim- then asking for people’s email addresses, sending an email saying he charges for his services to assist them in getting a refund - that’s complete Rubbish. I have zero trust issues by the way, I just don’t like liars and people that try and take advantage of already vulnerable people. He’s offering a fake service and trying to profit From it - that is surely a breach of the forum policy. All I asked was for some proof, he didn’t produce any an sent emails asking for money. I don’t like that behaviour and I’ll stand by that.

Okay, but this is your opinion, and on this forum we truly do not ban people because someone disagrees with them. That's the point. So far, for example, you have not proved that anyone has offered "fake services."

Posting a screenshot and saying it is fake is something else.

Please, provide those emails and then we can talk more: community@casino.guru.
