Yes exactly. We did the kyc, transactions with all my bank info on it.. pointless to ask for it again. Seems like everybody get the same emails.

They only need the first 6 digits and last 4 to locate transactions. Alternatively ask your bank for the individual ARN numbers for each transaction and send them on.
Do not send these companies selfies, they will use against you, or worse identify theft.
If they are asking where these payments were sent they are stalling, they know as they sent them.

Well I've never seen this before I think this only happens when they get caught with fake reviews or paying people to leave reviews it's crazy! It's luckybarry casino if only they did this with all overseas casinos instead of trustpilot.
