I got my fraud case cancelled as it was classed as scammed good that I intentionally authorised so cannot dispute them but that was 11 I have 16 in dispute now raised with the merchant since last week so finger cross I get the refunds

If they’ve raised it with the merchant u should hopefully get the refund as they don’t usually reply, what casinos was they for

Couple of questions for the forum here:
- What steps are people taking with Swipez now it’s been shut down? Has anyone tried to take legal action?
I’ve got a case with the Czech ombudsman but I think they can only award against active businesses.
- anyone had refunds from Bitpulz or Softpulse solutions? I’ve contacted both and had a reply eventually from Softpulse but I think they’ll ghost me next after claiming I wasn’t found on ther system. Lloyds are currently refusing to raise chargebacks even on 14.7 incorrect data.

Surprisingly, given comments on here, my Revolut chargebacks have got through the first two checks and now been raised by Revolut with the merchants! I’ve been almost entirely truthful throughout too. If I have success I’ll let people know and can pass on exactly what I sent and did
