Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. you Won’t get anywhere with Cardaq they are deep in it, if you check their website for Terms and conditions for the merchants they have all bases covered, once you pass them your card details you won’t hear from them again, I have reported them and it’s being followed up,

I’m seeing random merchant descriptors that don’t correspond to the site at all. It appears the MCC is being intentionally masked.

Does anyone have any suggestions, I have won money on Crowngeen casino the website advertises bank transfer for withdrawals but its not available to me apparently. My problem is my visa wont allow the transaction and im not able to use interac which are my only 2 options. The casino have told me there's nothing they can do. Its $3000 I hate to just forfeit the money. Thanks

Same situation on my end. Transaction records show unrelated company names instead of the actual platform. This feels misleading and possibly designed to avoid MCC identification.

Is this compliant with Curaçao laws, and is reporting it worth the effort?
