Hi everyone , my bank raised chargebacks , won some , some contested ,appealed this then they refused cause said was gambling 🤔🤦‍♀️ , raised complaint again said against Mastercard rules anyone else had this and has anyone actually got a positive result with the FOS??

How did you figure out it was them. On mine there is no address or further information. I contacted my bank they gave me this information about them. London GB Billing Address (NA) transacted as Professional Service CODE 8999.

Can I ask you a couple questions about this? 🙂 Was the funds sent via bank transfer and did they receive a refund from them by emailing and asking? I am in a similar situation now.

How did you get Niko to refund? I’ve emailed them and elegro so many times but elegro have said it’s not them and Niko don’t respond
