Did you provide transaction numbers and bank statements? They won't do anything without those. The other lot - PayDo - are resisting a bit, but I'm confident I can get them to take action.

Yeah, they reached out to the website and have said that because the website have said o received services they won’t do anything.

I'll let you know how I get on. The point isn't about service provision, it is about miscoding transactions and they will know that and are trying to fob you off.

I also stated that they where commiting fraud due to using random merchants to override blocks. They basically lied again saying they where fully licence and they had shut my account down. I told them they where lying as they had been closed down by Gc and sent them proof from Google block. Next minute I got this aggressive man on. Phone from macadonia telling me to send me the Google information and they where licenced so I sent them a copy and a search for their licence in the ukgc. Licence register and curacao zilch unlicensed what I did find was that they are a registered company in Costa Rica and they don't have licences they just registered companies. I will get my money back

I went through all the buissness registered at 85 portland st where my date and grotbooks are registered and I couldn't find them but what I did find is a payment service on 1st floor at same address called simply pay me which is a payment service for small buissness I have transactions on my account with smp*the platinum and more wild guess this is it

I submitted a chargeback for the platinum but they refunded me before the chargeback went through. I’ve got the contact details for platinum and my dates
