So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Jag insisterade länge men de nekade alltid återbetalningen även efter att jag påpekat att deras villkor förbjuder betalningar för speländamål.

Vändpunkten kom när jag lämnade en negativ recension på Trustpilot som beskrev fakta väl och sedan bad de mig skicka ett mejl till Andreas Martinez.

Om de går med på att ersätta dig, tvingar de dig att skriva på ett avtal och ersätter dig.

Jag är inte säker på om de fortfarande gör det så testa.

Hi everyone , just received the evidence sent from company to contest my chargeback they have said i brought AI images all prices add up, they have included my email address , address but wrong number and street but everything else right kind of water tight , no where to sign in on site to show i dont have a account so not sure I am able to prove they have provided false evidence any help would be very much appreciated please 🙏

I had this, however it turned out to be my own mistake as I provided transaction information 😞 I have since refused as email and name is enough to locate any account / payment made. Ask company for full transaction details, verification method including ip address used to access website, original transaction receipt including destination address (as not received by you). Screen record accessing your email search for website, alleged purchase, date (all singular) then forward as evidence. I was able to prove websites visited including ip addresses by contacting my mobile provider. Case closed

The company had claimed all purchased have been sent to my email but I have nothing only the email I sent yesterday and luckily I was able to take screenshots of the deposits on the casino site before they blocked me do you think that will be enough ?

Demanding help (whilst not trying to address the gambling problem if transactions vary from 18months to a week)! is just rude. People have lives, jobs, commitments, likely only helping here because they have the same addiction and want to help others survive.
