I have an issue with the casino, i deposited 3 times 50 NZD, but only one of my payment was added. The casino said that they will resolve the issue during 5 business days!!
Do all the casino resolve such issues during such a long period??
Hello. So how long has it been now, that you are waiting for the deposit to be processed? Unfortunately this happens sometimes, but we are not able to guess, or know, how long could this issue last. Only the casino could explain that, especially if the say that it'll take 5 days to get fixed. Have they explained what might have caused it? Actually sometimes the issue can be on the side of a payment provider, as well. 🤷♀️ Which casino are you referring to, if I may ask?
