I mostly enjoy strategy and multiplayer games because they give me something to think about while still being entertaining. When trying a new game, I usually look for simple controls, good gameplay mechanics, interesting progression, and enough variety to keep things from becoming repetitive. I also prefer games that are easy to get into but still have some depth once you spend more time with them.
