yes I believe this is the same site.
I have tried repeatedly to upload documents. They always get rejected and there only seems to be an AI as support.
I am very frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

I see, and may I ask how long this situation has been going on ? Did the casino also say some reason why your documents are still rejected ? We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal and KYC process.
