Hello, complaints@gaminglicences.com is the most relevant. Be aware that reply from the regulatory, especially Curaçao, is not very fast, in some cases it took even months.

Well, I can confirm that this licensing authority is not considered to be the best, but I would also like to say that you can't say that all casinos licensed under the Antillephone are criminals.
There are even unlicensed casinos with a good reputation that pay out winnings and behave fairly.

I did not refer to any good site, I only remind that even unlicensed casinos or casinos licensed under not-so-good licensing authority should be considered separately:

I think that the point is pretty clear.
You said that all casinos regulated by Antilephone are bad in general, criminals... I disagree.

To be honest, I'd say the far safest licenses are the local ones. Like UKGC for players from the UK, GGL for players from Germany, and so on.
