Hej. Den 15 april 2025 öppnade jag ett konto på Monsterwin Casino, satte in och spelade. Eftersom jag har ett spelberoende, meddelade jag omedelbart kasinot här klockan 11:25 samma dag och begärde omedelbar och permanent stängning av kontot. Trots att jag kontaktade supporten den 15 april 2025, kl. 14:08, stängdes inte mitt konto. Klockan 18:13 fick jag följande meddelande:
