I deposited 300€ on betobet site, won 2550€ betting sports, provided every document they wanted (they verified my profile), I requested a withdraw of 2500€ and have been waiting for 4 days. Today I woke up, wanted to check what’s going on and they have locked my profile!! And this very second I see a -300€ on my bank account again!!!? What’s going on guys, has this ever happened to you? Please help

BetObet is a Scam online platform.. They can't release 11.35USD from my win on casino. I deposited three times already and try to withdraw $70 and they can't pay me.. It's a total scam. I used my visa debit card for deposit and they can't pay me on the same card.. It's a total scam

I agree that you should avoid the casino. Warning is much appreciated!

To be clear, it's not always possible to process the payout in the same manner as the deposit. However, did the casino suggest any other options? I mean, saying something is impossible and considering it solved is obviously not an option. 🙁

I am a very old player of Betobet casino where I have already made many deposits and withdrawals. However, my last withdrawal only arrived in 10 days.

It has been 10 days since my current withdrawal and nothing has happened. I have already written them several emails but I always only received an automatic response that they will forward it to the competent department.

By the way, I made my withdrawal 14 days ago and and still nothing happened yet!

I also talked to the chat, but they only let me forward my problem to the relevant department.

Hey, I'd say it's not normal to leave a player without support for two weeks; no wonder this is new to you. Chat operators are typically not direct support workers, just as you described, just sending notes to relevant departments, but still, after such a long time, at least an informative email would make sense to me.

Did you think about submitting the complaint to my colleagues? It has been 14 days after all; I would recommend it.
