It’s not the casino Daniel it’s been a recurring problem at all the casinos I played at. I was just having a bit of a rant. You play Gonzos quest get the bonus feature 10 free fall spins and 7 are dead and for a £1.00 spin you win about £7 then you get 30 dead spins in a row. The one anomaly I find when I play Finn and the Swirly spin is that once you start a losing run the game never recovers and you get dead spins until all your money has gone. I have won well on Finn it can play well. But Narcos Dead or Alive Rise of Maya rubbish. I will carry on playing Finn as it’s the only slot that stimulates me with its unique game play. Just watching reels spin round doesn’t do it for me. Any way I hope you are well Daniel 👍🏼😜 I have never known your site so busy with unhappy people being messed around with their withdrawals. Ive played netent games from 2010.. I play ONLY gonzo quest… i can say that i play this game every week on everu possible stake.. I have hade 4 times 850x from 2010 untill today and 1 time 1000x…. My last 850x was 2017… Only in 3 years i have lost more than 100k euro to this game and my biggest win had been 430x… Gonzos quest is absoulutley changed and u simply cant win on it, dosent matter even if u trigg the bonus several times. The hole sesion is made of nearwin. Now they even improved a new "fetuare" u get the 3 conis on the reel but they Are not conction.. yeasterday i made 4000k euro on bettind and lost it to gonzo.. was playing 5euro stake and got a bonus 2 times.. 23x and a 49x bet. Tis provider is a real scam and cant forgive my self for playing this shit. Never more..

Actually I love it. Not the fact that there are unhappy people on this site, but the fact there's ongoing discussion that's growing every day. That was my aim from the beginning (May 2019) since we started designing the forum and it's main features.
There's at least one positive thing about the complaints we read every day. Most of them are against casinos that received bad ratings from us. That's a good sign. If people start following our recommendations, the amount of (justified) complaints will decrease.

Your right you make about 250 spins get the 3 coins and then 7/10 spins are dead so for £1 stake you get £4.50!! 😡 Although I play mostly Finn and the Swirly spin and I have had some big wins of £1000 I have lost a lot more. I don’t mind losing money if I get some game play, I played it this morning on demo 6 x £50 £1.00 spins didn’t get to double my money once. The casino I play at Goldwin gives me 150 wager free spins on Fridays on any Netent slot I play Gordon Ramsey’s Hells Kitchen and do ok on it, but when I deposit and play on it = RUBBISH! Hey Daniel.. I agrre i seems line really stupid from me to contine playing this game.. I really dont know why my brain is stuck to this game, in the past i had really god sessions on the game and have cashed out 20k euro by hittinf bonuses on 30-50euro bets.. but after 2017 the game started do go downhill and today it is what it is.. A completly shit game with obly deadspins and nearhits.. even in the bonus it gives i 8/10 deadspins and give u a small win.. I will from now one never touch a game from netent never ever…

So i was stupid again. played Gonzo quest.. 2800- on 5euro stake… It lasted about 2,5h… I did have 0 bonus and my biggest win was 25x… I am truly dicusted with onlinegambling. netent has made their slots exaktly like a scratcard.. dead spins and nerarwins hole sesion.. I have now closed everycasino i play on permently.. Time for players to wote with their wallet.. What netent is doing is 100% robbery, they are just robbers with a licens and are free to rob you. And it seems i an not the only one conplaing about theri slots..

I read complaints on NetEnt games quite often, but the question is - do we see these complaints only because players don't like the games or do we see them because they're played by so many people that there's always some percentage that will complain? I don't know...

Like i said before i think NOTent are played "much" is because casinos most if time offer frespins on NOTent slots.. Have u ever play starburst? If yes could u really belive that slot is the mos popular in the world? Or is it because 10frespins signupp bonus from casinos across the world wich made it popular… Netent was very nice and fair to play before.. But many of their best staff left the company for oter provider and left is people ho never play, and either seems to know what players like and expekt from slots..

I never liked Starburst to be honest, but when I worked in a casino, many people played it even without the free spins. I don't understand why 😕

I like games that contain "the wheel of fortune" feature and I always liked jackpots. I could name Hong Kong Tower or Hall of Gods. Viking Clash is another unusual game that deserves some attention. I also like Esqueleto Explosivo, because I think it's simply funny 😀
