First they couldn't verify my information ( sent them all information they asked for numerous times)Then they sent email congratulating me on my winnings.. I filled out everything you needed on how I wanted my winning sent they were supposed to send it and then about a week later they sent me a thing or another email stating that they had taken on my winnings due to the fact that I bet more than what I was supposed to have bet

I'm sorry you're having problems after winning. I think it's right that you filed a complaint, and I saw that updates and information needed for the it came from you as well.
Unfortunatelly, the max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. On the other hand, we think that this rule should be enforced at software level, that the casino´s software or website shouldn´t let players place higher bets than the limit. Also we think, that casinos' should prevent players from accidentally breaking the Bonus T&Cs- like your max bet, or doing anything else that might jeopardize the money in their player accounts.
Additionally, from my point of view, the max bet sizes should be clearly displayed, ideally in the casino lobby or directly in the games.
But for now, we can only wait and wait for the best.
