Thanks for the update. I'm glad you managed to solve it out with the casino. We also gave Duxcasino a very good rating (8.0) so it's great to see you're satisfied there 🙂 Do they have a support in German or English only?

I just checked the info on our website and it seems they even have the live chat available in German. You may give it a try next time 🙂
