They did not provide any specefic reason, they says payment cancelled due to technical reason. Withdrawals cancell 6 times. Every time i made withdrawals request they cancelled it. They forced to play me until the loss. When i was in profit i made many withdrawals request. They cancelled all. Wait 7 days for withdrawals. Now i loss all my money. They are saying you have not enough balance to withdrawal.
Means they don't pay u if you are in profit, thet cancelled your withdrawals until you loss all money.
Brother this question you have to ask in technical department!not on mail! You can raise an issue here also,see i haven't received my first withdrawal yet but i know one thing they wont surely entertain you if the way of asking will be this!
