Detta bör användas efter att du har uttömt dina andra alternativ, de är:
– klaga till själva kasinot (fungerar aldrig, kasinot kommer aldrig att erkänna att de har fel, och de kommer att hitta på saker om att du bryter mot användarvillkoren)
– Använd ADR-tjänster som Casinoguru, etc

( Den här tjänsten är inte tillgänglig än, jag har provat den och har aldrig fått något svar. Vid tidpunkten för detta inlägg borde de inte vara aktiva/fungerande än. De väntar förmodligen på godkännande från de fruktansvärda och hemska Curaçaos spellagar och GCB, så förvänta dig inte mycket, men på grund av reformen av curacaos spelande borde detta vara tillgängligt inom en snar framtid).
Om du provar dessa ADR-tjänster och du förlorar, bry dig inte om att prova något annat. Som sagt, använd bara dessa tjänster efter att du har slut på alternativ.

Since this might be my last post here, I want to share with everyone the 2 following dispute resolution services, free of charge, that should have a higher power/authority than casinoGuru and their decision will be mandatory for a casino to follow.
This should be used after you exhaust your other options, those being:
– complaining to the casino itself (never works, casino will never admit they are wrong, and they will make stuff up about you breaching ToS)
– Use ADR services like Casinoguru, etc

(If you are facing a consumer dispute with an MGA licensed gambling operator and are not satisfied with the result of the operator’s complaints procedure, you can file a complaint by submitting the Claims Form.)
CURAÇAO LICENSED CASINOS - https://cadre.online/
( This service is not available yet, I have tried it and have never received an answer. At the time of this post they should not be active/working yet. They are supposedly waiting for approval from the terrible and awful Curaçao gambling laws and the GCB, so don't expect much, but due to the reform in curacao gambling, this should be available in the near future).
If you try these ADR services and you lose, don't bother trying anything else. That being said, only use those services after you ran out of options.
