Hm, it's hard to say. I don't think the casino is a scam, but we've seen many complaints against them. The complaints are usually against bad and slow customer support, slow verification process and slow withdrawals.
Yesterday morning I saw this bonus in the casino.

I activate it and make the necessary deposit. The money disappears from Skrill instantly,

and the site says that the transaction was unsuccessful.

I wrote live chat several times. I sent screenshots with the transactions that the money did not go back to Skrill. Their colleagues allegedly worked on the issue.
Today the deposit was successful. Of course, the bonus had already expired and I did not receive anything to compensate. From the photos you can see when the money from Skrill came out and when it was credited to my balance in the casino.

Hello, I understand your frustration - who does not want cool bonus! Casino may faced some technical issue, that's for sure, however in the end it's the unfortunate player who has been shorten on bonus, so some compensation is in order. Of course it's only my personal opinion. On the other hand, as you can read in this thread, casino lacks any kind of swiftness towards players.

You clearly made the deposit in order to get the bonus, but they were so slow with adding the deposit on your casino account that once they finally did it, the bonus offer wasn't valid anymore, right? In this case, I believe that you should get the bonus added to your account manually. Exactly the same bonus as they offered the day before.

No worries. The good thing is that you have evidence that you can provide. In that case, even if the casino refuses to provide you with the bonus, I'd advise you to submit a complaint on our website. The casino is actually good in terms of dealing with complaints from players so I believe there's still a chance that you could get the bonus.

Been a member of this site since 2023 haven’t withdrawn before because of losses. I deposited 1800 dkk the other day won up to 8000 dkk wanted to withdraw, approved by KYC wanted a pic of me with my card and now they blocked my account accusing me of using vpn, and want proof that I’ve been to Norway. This site will be taking all my money don’t play here.
I don't fully understand why Norway, though. 🤔 This casino should accept players from your country. Right?

A complaint would unfortunately not help my case since their site's T&C states:
"12.7. Masking IP or location is not allowed and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN and Proxy Servers."
They told me that I was on the 31. December using a VPN which can be true since I've done some work while running a VPN in the background, so when I wanted to play again on their site, I forgot to turn it off which made me log in and place a single Roulette game. I didn't use a VPN to gain any unauthorized access to their site since my home country is fully allowed there. It is crazy to me that this site wants to find the slightest way to lock you out when you have winnings, I had 8000 DKK on there whilst my deposit was 1800 DKK they didn't notify me about the breach after multiple days, and winnings. I tried withdrawing before, where they just asked me for a picture of me holding my card that I've used for the deposit and I was approved by KYC

I'm probably quite naive, but I'd say this rule was set up to protect casinos from palyers who intend to gain an unfair advantage thanks to masking their original location through the VPN. If my understanding of the situation was correct, it was simply an honest error. Moreover, you registered from an allowed country, so using a VPN has no real advantage for you—quite the opposite, actually.
I agree with the idea of submitting the complaint. Your honest explanation is worth the try, I'd say.
I'm properly naive for not making the complaint but now it's too late. I accepted a "loyalty offer" they gave me which meant they would give me 500 DKK for unblocking my account so I lost 7500 DKK and in euros, it's 1005 I contacted online support multiple times but they kept saying if I couldn't prove I've been to Norway on the 31. December they wouldn't unblock it. I explained I hadn't done anything intentionally but they kept saying it was a violation.
I have seen other ratings of this casino where they say they'll block your account when you win and then point at T&C that's why I would say this site makes their T&C very complicated so anyone who would play on their site would end up violating something without them knowing. It is funny how they didn't ban me the first time I tried withdrawing but I ended up winning more which made the withdrawal larger and then they blocked me
I wanted to leave with something rather than nothing because 8000 DKK taken from me is ridiculous. I am now unblocked with "500 DKK" in the account and I want to get off this site immediately because I don't trust them
