Jag var rätt i rätten och stämde Pokerstars för 40k. Men du vill inte betala summan.

I början av november hotades avrättning på Malta.

Nu är frågan om och när och hur de kan verkställas?

I mean, if you sued them and won the trial, then this is probably the right question for a Maltese lawyer. I'm sure you won't have any issues finding a Maltese lawyer that is experienced in this field since. Since you sued them for 40k, I guess it's worth it hiring the local lawyer just to get the right advice.

tyvärr nej, man skjuts upp om och om igen

But if you have a winning court case the lawyer just have to put the decision in execution no ?

(In france when you have a winning case you can access to bank account to have the money if they are not willing to pay).

tyvärr är pokerstars inte villiga att betala och myndigheterna på malta är extremt långsamma med att avrätta...

I though Malta was fine... Who is in charge ? a lawyer ?

Jag har redan 4-förhandlingen på Malta. Avrättningen har dragit ut på i över ett år!

De vill bara inte betala. Det är ungefär 40K för mig.

Rättegångsfinansiären tröstar mig alltid. Du kan inte riktigt läsa ut om Pok...Sta... redan har följt upp verkställighet.
