it’s been a year since I’ve been trying to get a £500 withdrawal, they are without a doubt scam site and I hope casino guru will do an official review of it ranking it 0/10 so future people don’t get scammed like me

Nope, they just kept changing websites/ brand names, it was like a year and half ago I started trying to get the winnings from them and still haven’t, gave up in the end, luckily I only spent a small amount

I have 1000 sitting pending on shelbywin,I didn't put much on but I won and want my winnings,not holding much hope,will let you know if I ever get it,not holding my breath

Hey, from what I’ve seen, the casino has a terrible safety rating, so I’d expect the worst. Did the casino say anything about why you’ve been waiting two weeks? If I were you, I’d probably file a complaint, even though I don’t know if it’ll help or if the casino will even communicate with us, but it doesn’t hurt to try.

I have not yet,live help today said 7 to 21 working days and I'm on day 12 they said,I ask for updates and get same reply,once it hits the 21 days I will be putting a complaint in,I'm probably not going to get this money,I can't understand how it takes so long to look at the gameplay ect

i can 100% guarantee you will get nothing, sorry I used to go every week or so for about a year then gave up, they ignore any contact and making enough complaints on here they’ll jsut change the name and website address again

Pretty sure their chat is a bot and it just always says the same things, it’s repeatedly, they don’t respond to emails, nothing about the legitimacy of how you won, just the whole casino is a scam

Deffo a bot,ignoring my emails also,well in the long run I'm going to save money as these sites never get another penny

Personally, I wouldn’t wait as long as 21 days. We give casinos exactly two weeks to pay out the player. So at that point, I would file a complaint to make sure it doesn’t drag on any longer. If the casino didn’t address the issue and didn’t respond to us, it would get a black mark and its safety index would drop even lower. That’s at least some small consolation in this whole situation.

I’d like to see this resolved, but I can’t promise anything. 😕

Well, to be honest, this casino has a pretty low safety rating, so I’m not really surprised by this situation.

I believe our team will be able to resolve this, but I can’t promise anything. And unfortunately, there’s no way to speed up the process.
