Casino perfect opinion is fake 🙂 casino have abuse rules that can be used against player. They can hold you money without reason... i am waiting for withdraw and they hold my withdraw because they have abuse rules and they can hold money for 30 days and for casino guru this rules is good enough to give perfect reputation 🙂 do not believe in perfect reputetion given by casino guru players give tham under 2,5 stars and casino guru 9.4/10 🙂 trust players with real experience because perfect reputation is fake 🙂 have nice sunday and do not register in casino with abuse rules 😉

Hello there,

it's great that you submitted the complaint, as soon as it is closed one way or another, we shall all see what the problem was and whether the casino gets back points for acting against fair gambling.

My personal view is this: every casino should have the opportunity to investigate the account, gaming history, and other factors in case there are some doubts from the casino's side.

Name 1 case that ended before 30 days 🙂 this is internet... the biggest source information in world history 🙂 all book with socio technique are available for everybody 🙂 they are doing this without reason 🙂 i am just collecting evidence on my own experience but on this site they are hundreds case like mine... wait 31 days but usualy it take short and what? 🙂 it never end with less than 31 days xD why? 🙂 because if you wait for you money you are angry... you dont act normal... you are under pressure... and you loss you money... if not they will extend this to 180 days or cancel you win 🙂 this is my experience and all players that made this kind complain on casino guru site 🙂 and mine and others complains prove that casino doing with premeditation 🙂 in Poland we have similar situation xd

Well, at this point, I'm pretty sure you're wrong 🙂

I don't care about socio technic books free to read, I prefer using my brain in combination with facts and experiences, to be honest 🙂.

First of all, there were three complaints so far submitted against this casino, two were rejected, and the last is yours. So, the sentence you used "Name 1 case that ended before 30 days " is truly out of hand for me.

Even if we get all complaints (submitted against different casinos) into consideration, it would not work either.

Feel free to browse complaints and you'll see that tons of them were closed/resolved much sooner.

I understand your concern, however. It's sad when players lose their entire balance in the meantime. On the other hand, lots of players simply leave that be and play elsewhere, so they don't lose anything - technically.

Some even don't play at all and wait. 🙂

I'm certainly not here to argue with you, and as I said already, I do not know what the casino inspected or suspected in your case, so this is just a general debate for me 🙂.

So in general 🙂, I can understand that you don't like any kind of additional KYC or whatever is similar, with a deadline of 31 days.

one more think... casino never give fact about "additional verification" because this is legal fiction


Legal fiction is an assumption and acceptance of something as fact by a court, although it may not be, so as to allow a rule to operate or be applied in a manner that differs from its original purpose while leaving the letter of the law unchanged.


Only on court cacino must give evidence.... thats why they doing this... without real reason and prove 😉 no reason to extend verification... what they check and why always (rox casino just response on my post on this forum...) take maxiumum time... i dont care about money i just show people how casino works using fiction to not pay... even if they pay it can happened to anybody and maybe next customer would be not so lucky...

I'm sorry to oppose you again 😀.

From what I've seen in complaints, sometimes casinos provide a piece of evidence showing that the account is worth such a check - even though they're not addressing the court.

The result is a different thing, however. If the casino has a suspicion and the suspicion does make sense, they should be allowed to investigate. This is something I take as a standard in every industry.

As far as I can say, If the casino investigates without a reasonable idea, we normally insist on evidence that such delay is truly necessary and that further investigation simply has some sense.

I'm looking forward to seeing some development in your case because I have no clue what is happening now. I agree with the fact, that from time to time some less-worthy casinos may use some sort of delay tactics - that is not fair at all of course.

Good morning you to 🙂 we will see what happen 🙂 i have plan, first casino guru 2nd reclamation to Antillephone License Validation and 3rd the court 🙂 i am from Poland but i dont need to go to Curacao etc. 🙂 this is internet i need to give somebody power of attorney before the court thats it 🙂 Ask rox casino about details you will never get the answer 😉 only on court they will get the details answer 🙂 already 20 days passed and nothing change from rox casino and casino guru 🙂 have nice day 🙂

Now Peter takes care of your complaint and just recently asked the casino to explain the delay, so I guess we can call that progress from our side. Hopefully, we shall see whether the casino has something to reveal. 🤔

yes i know this is for my own good 😉 i am not twisting "general statements" even hell have rules... i want to show visitors how it "works" 🙂 this rule is abuse rules and work only in favor of the casino... and is used in only one way... Radka Social Media and Community Specialist... 😉

Just give them some time and make sure you don't lose your winnings while waiting. You know, the standard documents verification can be done by anyone with a basic training for documents verification, but when it comes to such a selfie video, that's a different story. Such a verification takes more time, it can't be done by anyone. If you have ID documents from Ukraine, they also need a support agent who understands your language and knows how the documents should look like. All of that adds the time they need for the verification. You won quite a lot so if the verification won't take more than 2 weeks and you'll eventually receive the winnings, it will be success I guess.


And please, don't be mean or rude towards the casino support when you try to contact that. That would only make the verification process worse.

Hej, jag satte in 20 euro via Volt Transfer för cirka 2 timmar sedan, som fortfarande inte har krediterats, men redan har debiterats från mitt konto. I livechatten fick jag veta att med den här metoden kan det ta upp till 3 arbetsdagar för pengarna att krediteras. Hur kan något sådant vara trots att det var en realtidsöverföring??? Jag har aldrig hört det förut, jag använder den här metoden på andra casinon och den krediterades alltid direkt. Jag sa att till den anställde i livechatten sa han att jag skulle sätta in igen med en annan metod, vilket jag naturligtvis inte gjorde. Då sa han bara att jag fortfarande kunde använda min bonus, jag hade använt en insättning med bonus. Men det gjorde jag inte heller, senare kan jag bli anklagad för att ha missbrukat bonusen. Det är verkligen svårt att lita på ett kasino när du läser dessa recensioner som jag läser först efter att jag gjort min insättning. Jag ska se om mina pengar fortfarande är krediterade eller om de trots allt är borta. Som tur var satte jag bara in 20 euro. Då tappar du lusten att spela på ett sådant casino när du sätter in och ingen kan berätta vart pengarna tog vägen. Jag satte bara in för att det är betygsatt som mycket bra här på Casino Guru.

Did you know that while using banking transfers, for instance, the money is not credited to the casino immediately upon request? Instead, the casino borrows that money from the player for a couple of hours or even days. Depends on the method. Hence I wouldn't be so harsh now.

Even though you see the sum debited from your account instantly, it doesn't mean the sum hit the recipient's bank at the same moment.

Furthermore, for those transactions casinos usually uses a 3rd party company, they most likely do not handle transactions on their own, this is also probably the reason for the lack of explanation. They must ask the payment provider to find out more.

Hej, ja det har fortfarande inte krediterats. Svaret jag får är att det kan ta upp till 3 arbetsdagar. Kan inte förstå det eftersom jag aldrig har haft några problem med den här insättningsmetoden. Tyvärr tappar folk mer och mer förtroende för kasinon
