Inte ett bra casino för mig. Kundtjänsten är väldigt fräck och arrogant. Spelen är heller inget speciellt. Ett casino där du inte nödvändigtvis behöver spela. När du väl har vunnit händer ingenting. Det verkar väldigt manipulerat för mig.

after I verified, linked my bank account, and made a first deposit (which was the minimum deposit of 10$) I had the deposit in my account about 48 hours from the moment I withdrew my winnings. I had placed my withdrawal request at the wrong time (completely my fault). I am sure that it would have deposited in 24 hours or less otherwise.
I was verified ALMOST INSTANTLY. and literally had NO PROBLEMS. I had built up my fortune too about 600$ real money (not bonus money) before I decided to verify, which is where you usually get problems with other casinos, BUT not this ONE.
As soon as I was verified, I linked my bank account, then I made the minimum deposit of 10$ (which is needed to process a withdrawal). I then played a little bit, but decided to cash out at 510$, which was which was actually 500$. Because I didn't play out the 100% welcome bonus I received when I deposited the 10$ it gave me 500$, which is still amazing because some casinos FORCE you to play the out wagering amount before you can cash out the winnings from your no deposit sign up bonus. BIG THUMBS UP for this!!
Usually if I need to make a deposit before withdrawal, I get sceptical. Plus I had to link my account, which I never did with a casino before this ONE. Fun fact. They don't have option to people that do not have cellphone. Like myself I do not have cellphone but a landline instead so i was not able to evaluate this casino. the only thing i was able to see from the outside that hey have games that i like to play on the regular basis. 
When i try reach customer service to find a solution they asked me repeatedly "kindly we need your email phone number address and full name and email"

Well, you’ve already met one 😉. Two years ago, I canceled all my cellphone lines and got a landline (it’s cheaper and better for my health).
Don’t get me wrong, I do have a cellphone—just without a SIM card. ;-p
I’ve explained to them three times that I’m a new user trying to register, and they just replied with, "Kindly provide your date of birth, phone number, blah blah blah."
So there is no other option to get verified, right? What are you planning to do now, if you don't mind me asking?

For me that its a waste of time and a limitation when in the first place they do not verify identity only with a mobile number. I believe get your mobile number is basically for marketing purposes.
