I have a complaint about nightbet..... 5 days waiting on a withdrawal ... I have heard everything except when im going to be paid at 1 stage I was told i would hace it within 12 hours maximum..... not only that I had 5770 euro in the account I went to withdraw taking in mind they say no limit withdrawal and was only able to try withdraw 2000 euro so low and behold the rest was wasted as I waited on this withdrawal..... 2000 euro sitting there no sign of payment nobody can give me an answer i am been left on love chat for hours without a reply .... at this stage I am about to give up

Normally there is no problem here but for some reason my withdrawal has been delayed for processing it will be 6 days processing tomorrow i was told Monday it would be done same Tuesday Wednesday I was told a maximum of 12 more today I was told it was getting processed not to worry ... the worst part it has a no limit withdrawal but for some reason I could only withdraw 2000 euro i was ok with that because I thought sure ill take it out in stages make a withdrawal every day ..nope if the withdrawal is not processed yiu cannot make another one therefore over time they no you will play away your winnings well they where right what was a lifetime win turned into a begging letter trying to get my first withdrawal which by the way still hasn't come ....

Sometimes when a player wins big, the payout is delayed because of numerous security checks; on the other hand, it seems that you have only been told that the money will be processed, hence it creates the feeling of processing delay and that's truly confusing at best.

If it is not a secret, could you please tell me how much you won, when exactly you submitted the withdrawal requests, and what your current withdrawal limits are?

In my opinion, the situation is very close to the stage of official complaint...

I won a week ago and over the day I won up to 5770 euro... I had a withdrawal of 2000 euro outstanding ... I have no limits to withdrawal there are none ...the casino advertise no limt withdrawal so I went to withdraw the 3770 euro and all of a sudden there was an error I asked the live chat they said there was no limits but it still would not let me withdraw I tried over a few days and nothing and to make it worse tge 2000 euro I first asked for was not and is still not paid out ... hence I just kept playing in the hope my withdrawal would come through and I could take out more but it never came and I lost everything.. I was onto them again and I was told it was been processed.. rubbish still waiting .. not 1 person was able to help I was told 12 hours maximum 3 days ago

Okay, I assume you're using speech to text or something, and honestly, keeping up with the timeline is not that easy this way.

What I find crucial for possible action is this: Is there any money left, and when was your last active withdrawal request submitted, please?

I kind of understand the rest, yet those things have slipped away from me.

Ok on the 4th of this month I asked to withdraw 3000 euro i was refused..... now you have to remember there are no withdrawal limits on this site is was only when I went to withdraw it said 2000 only .... so since the 4th I have an outstanding withdrawal of 2000 euro with the remaining money I won another 3770 euro the next day I went to withdraw this and was told I could not till my first withdrawal was completed which I was told would be done within 24 hours but it never came so over the next few days I lost the 3770 euro as if they planned it .... now im still waiting on the 2000 euro which I was told at one stage I would have in 12 maximum that was Tuesday.. so they broke there rules of no limits they there withdraw time they lied about processing the payout . I would have had a once in a lifetime winning of 5770 euro if they kept there word and there rules where kept up by them

Hopefully my colleagues will have a chance to investigate the casino's practices with "no limits," and your money will arrive soon. I understand that you consider info about payment as lying. Well, usually it's an uninformed chat or support worker who is forwarding information from someone else, but I get that given those circumstances it is not very convincing.

i have the same problem with them, toady is the 8th day im waiting for my withdrawal to be accepted! I get standard answers like they are making standard checks and that will be approved soon. No time frame and nothing. I was playing as well with real money and not using any bonus
